London part of Falcons' high-end talent; offense average without spike games.

One of the Falcons' high-end talents; the Falcons are an average NFL offense that can spike due to high-end talent in London and Bijan Robinson. The Falcons have dropped from 14th to 27th in offensive efficiency ranking, though the source notes they are unfairly penalized by a monsoon game in Tampa Bay in Week 8 where Michael Penix Jr. completely collapsed; otherwise, they've hovered between 14th and 20th in Weeks 5 to 7.
