Jets QB Geno Smith expressed confidence ahead of a road matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs, who are 10-point favorites at home. Smith stated: 'For me, again, it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. It's about what we think and what we believe. We believe we can get it done.'
