Steelers exposed Watson's pocket escape issues; 4 sacks, 107 yards at half.
Against Pittsburgh, Watson was exposed by the Steelers' blueprint: they used bull rushing to collapse the pocket from the inside, forcing Watson to leave the pocket where edge rushers were waiting with no escape route. Watson was sacked four times in the first half alone, going 9 for 13 for 107 yards at halftime. After the first quarter, he was 1 for 2 for three yards with no points. The Steelers showed Watson could not finish drives, especially in the red zone, and Cleveland failed to score any points in the second half.
