From the article

Similar to Miller, Delp must be elevated to a larger role in the offense. He has primarily been utilized as a blocker, which has created a tell in the offense. Trying to play on that and trick the Browns could be really smart, and a way to do that is by using Delp as a receiver more.

Positive signalRole

Delp should assume TE2 role with increased receiving usage over Fant.

Similar to Miller, Delp must be elevated to a larger role in the offense; he has primarily been utilized as a blocker which creates a tell in the offense, but using him as a receiver more could trick the Browns and leverage his potential; he should be TE2 moving forward over Noah Fant, who hasn't been bad this season.
