McGowan could reach RB2/3 range if Taylor traded; currently ranked RB45 vs. weak Cowboys.
Seth McGowan has an interesting opportunity against the Dallas Cowboys this week as the fantasy and reality football world braces for the trade of Jonathan Taylor. If the Colts manage to make the deal prior to this weekend's game, there's a good chance they hold Taylor out and let McGowan roll against one of the worst defenses in the NFL this season. Absent Quentin Nelson, now in Seattle, the Colts offense is not particularly bullish, but if Taylor is on the verge of being shipped off, McGowan could still get the lion's share of touches in a plus matchup and end up in the RB2/3 range, well beyond his current ranking of RB45.
