Since Week 5, Swift is actually the RB1 in fantasy scoring, but I think he's in for a rough night. Play him if you have him, just expect mid-RB2 numbers instead of the elite, high-end RB1 output we've been getting lately.

Swift faces elite run defense; expect mid-RB2 output despite recent TD surge.

Despite being RB1 in fantasy scoring since Week 5 and ranked FLEX14 in FantasyPros' half-PPR consensus, Swift faces a Tampa Bay defense allowing only 80 rushing yards per game and 3.6 yards per carry. His Week 8 three-touchdown performance came on just 69 rushing yards on 27 carries (3.8 yards per carry average this season). Against Tampa Bay's elite run defense that hasn't allowed 100 rushing yards since Week 1 and held Bijan Robinson to 76 yards last week, Swift is expected to deliver mid-RB2 numbers instead of the elite RB1 output managers have grown accustomed to; he remains heavily dependent on finding the end zone to meet RB1 expectations.
