Concepcion could benefit from Shedeur Sanders' arrival at quarterback in Cleveland. Sanders is probably no better than Deshaun Watson overall, but could be better for completing quick and short passes, which would favor Concepcion. Watson's short accuracy and velocity are horrible, with 20 percent of his dropbacks never turning into targets due to sacks, scrambles, or throwaways.
