Herbert stuck on 0-7 Chargers with no front office changes despite malpractice-level inaction.

Herbert is the quarterback for the 0-7 Chargers, a team that Mina Kimes characterizes as fundamentally broken and unwilling to make roster changes despite their winless record. Kimes states the front office's refusal to trade players is "absolute malpractice" and that "this version of the team is over," suggesting Herbert's situation is deteriorating with no meaningful organizational response to fix the offense.
