With Cam Skattebo still not practicing after a hamstring injury and Najee Harris released, Singletary profiles as a mid-range RB3 at worst. The Giants face the Eagles (13th in DvP against RBs), who allow the third-most rushing yards per game. Cupps identifies Singletary as a spot-start with upside if Skattebo doesn't play or is limited.
