Winks wasn't surprised to see Monday's report that his elbow is sore, which matches his current throwing motion. The offense is extremely quick-hitting, further evidence of his injury. Over the past month, Stafford's average depth of target is just 5.4 yards downfield. He is fantasy's QB16 this year on QB16 EPA per dropback, making him a lower-ceiling QB2. He faces a Washington defense allowing the third-most half PPR points per game to quarterbacks (22.0), but the Rams enter as 5.5-point road favorites with a 26.5-point implied team total (eighth).
