Allen's role scales back with Hall's return; RB4 floor with 7.4 expected points.

With Breece Hall (quad) practicing in full and calling himself "the starter," it's officially time to scale back Allen's role. In the three games with him to start the year, Allen was nowhere near fantasy-viable, seeing just eight total opportunities per game. Now he's earned more work, but it'll be surprising if he catches many passes at all or clears more than 12 carries. The Jets have averaged 18.4 expected half PPR points (28th) to their RB room across the entire season, and Allen should be somewhere in the 30-50% range of it moving forward. 40% of that means 7.4 expected points, essentially a pretty tough FLEX to fantasy RB4. There's more upside with him because he may be their goal-line back, but Allen is best viewed as a Brian Robinson Jr. type. The Chiefs are 25th in rushing yards allowed, and New York is expected to lose by 9.5 points, which works in Hall's favor, not Allen's.
