He has a quick release, rare velocity, real downfield ability, and enough mobility to add a different dimension to the offense. The Eagles have spent too much of this season making the offense hard to watch. Milton gives them a chance to run more boot action, take vertical shots, and use the quarterback in the run game.

Milton's arm talent and mobility offer upside over Hurts despite accuracy concerns.

Milton is replacing the unavailable Jalen Hurts and gives the Eagles offense a different dimension through arm talent, quick release, rare velocity, real downfield ability, and mobility that enables boot action, vertical shots, and quarterback run-game usage; the source notes Milton's arm strength makes good throws spectacular and his mobility may help him escape pressure, though the offense remains poorly schemed with talent issues.
