If you can avoid starting Mike Washington, I would. Right now he is Fantasy Life's RB38 and looks to have a split backfield with Ashton Jeanty, but we weren't overly excited about what he did with the opportunities last weekend. Washington held down all six of the team's goal-line rush attempts in Week 8, but finished with 8.3 fantasy points (2 points fewer than Jeanty).

Washington (RB38) should be avoided; split with Jeanty, underperformed in Week 8.

Washington is ranked RB38 by Fantasy Life and should be avoided if possible. He faces a split backfield with Ashton Jeanty and did not impress with his opportunities in Week 8. While Washington held all six goal-line rush attempts, he finished with only 8.3 fantasy points (2 points fewer than Jeanty). His expanding role has value, but Week 9 appears to favor Jeanty due to his passing game work.
