Never surpassed a 55 percent snap rate at any point last season, but still managed to finish right around where he's being drafted thanks to easily being the league's most efficient player at the position on a per-route basis. Hell, even including wide receivers, only Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Puka Nacuaaveraged more yards per route run than Kincaid last year.

Kincaid's elite efficiency and health optimism make him a priority Round 12 target.

Kincaid finished 2025 as TE14 (10.5 PPR points per game) despite never surpassing a 55 percent snap rate, making him the league's most efficient tight end on a per-route basis; only Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Puka Nacua averaged more yards per route run. GM Joe Brady indicated more load management could come, but recent reports from Brady and Kincaid himself (who said this is "probably the best I've ever felt" entering 2026) are encouraging. JJ Zachariason is buying in, noting Kincaid is a talented potential target hog in the league's highest-scoring offense and is priced far closer to his floor than ceiling; he could rank as high as TE5 if he reaches even a 70 percent route rate in Week 1.
