St. Brown signed a four-year, $120 million extension days before the 2024 NFL Draft, much earlier in the process than Gibbs' ongoing negotiations. St. Brown expressed optimism about Gibbs joining practice soon: 'Jahmyr's my dawg. I miss him out here. I think he'll be out here hopefully sooner rather than later. I talk to him quite a bit. Obviously, I can't share with you guys everything, but I love Jahmyr. I miss him out here. Like I said, he'll be out here sooner rather than later, hopefully.' St. Brown also noted the team's ability to develop other players during Gibbs' absence: 'We're still out there practicing, doing our thing. Guys stepping up: Isiah, Vaki, (Jacob) Saylors. So, getting other guys opportunities too to show what they can do.'
