Acme Packing Company on Kaden Prather
From the article
the Packers signed Kaden Prather, formerly of the Louisville Kings, to a contract, per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport
STACKED’s take
Prather signed by Packers after UFL stint; non-explosive receiver needing favorable situation.
Packers signed Prather, a seventh-round pick (240) from the 2025 draft class, to a contract after he finished fifth on the UFL-winning Louisville Kings in receiving yards with nine receptions for 148 yards over nine games. Prather was waived by Buffalo with an injury settlement in late August after a hamstring injury, then worked out with Seattle (October), Atlanta (December), and Miami (December) before signing with Green Bay. The source notes Prather has a rangy frame with solid hands and speed but is a non-explosive receiver with straight-line tendencies, lacking suddenness in breaks and consistency downfield (two catches of 30+ yards in 2024, none longer than 35 yards); he will require a favorable situation to stick in the NFL.
