Washington emerged as a legitimate playmaker over the course of the 2025 regular season. The Penn State product was Jacksonville's most productive pass-catcher, capturing team-highs in targets (95), receptions (58) and receiving yards (847). His 5 receiving touchdowns through the air were trumped only by Travis Etienne's 6 — but Washington also added 2 scores as a punt returner and finished with the league's fifth-most punt return yards (341). From Week 12 through the Wild Card Round, there were 108 wide receivers with at least 15 targets, per PFF. The only one with higher marks than Washington in yards per route run (2.94) and PFF receiving grade (90.1) was Puka Nacua.
