Jaylin Noel will miss the beginning of training camp due to an undisclosed injury... no indication has yet been given to the severity or specifics of Noel's injury, but it doesn't bode well for a player many had pegged as a breakout candidate this season.

STACKED’s take

Noel sidelined with undisclosed injury; vague communication fuels fan concern.

Second-year slot wide receiver and returner placed on non-football injury list with an undisclosed, short-term injury ahead of training camp. Despite Aaron Wilson's reassurance that there is little cause for concern, Texans fans are rightfully doubtful given the franchise's history of vague injury communication (Joe Mixon last year, Christian Harris the year before). No timeline for return has been provided, and the lack of specifics on severity does not bode well for a player many had pegged as a breakout candidate this season.
