Marvin Mims had a very involved and diversified route tree on Day 1, with multiple impressive catches. He took a screen pass up the sideline for a decent gain, had a 35+ yard contested catch from Jarrett Stidham on the left sideline, a big catch on a deep crosser with JL Skinner in coverage, and a 50-yard deep completion from Bo Nix described as a great throw and great catch. Mims had a day overall with perfect ball placement from Nix.
