Moore just turned 29 years old in mid-April, while Diggs was 27 when he joined the Bills. Diggs was coming off a hyper-efficient 2019 season, while Moore's final season in Chicago was lousy. Moore's production cratered in Caleb Williams' putrid rookie season, and Williams didn't do Moore any favors in his breakout sophomore season either. Fantasy Points credited Moore with 97 targets in 2025, and 19 of them (19.6%) were deemed uncatchable. Among 38 quarterbacks with at least 200 dropbacks in 2025, Williams was 31st in off-target throw percentage (19%) and 31st in catchable throw percentage (69.1%). Meanwhile, Allen was 11th in off-target throw percentage (14.8%) and first in catchable throw percentage (79.8%). Moore can rebound after back-to-back disappointing seasons with a change of scenery to a more accurate quarterback, but the comparison to Diggs is flawed.
