STACKED’s take
Waddle's move to Denver's superior offense and QB upgrade positions him for double-digit TD upside.
Waddle finished as WR29 in fantasy points per game in 2025, but much of the blame lies with Tua Tagovailoa's massive regression rather than Waddle's performance. Tagovailoa ranked 23rd in yards per attempt, 27th in passing yards per game (190), second in interceptions (15), and 32nd in deep throw rate. The Dolphins' offense regressed so severely that both Tagovailoa and head coach Mike McDaniel lost their jobs. Waddle now plays for a more aggressive passer in Bo Nix and a far more competent offense led by Sean Payton with surrounding talent to keep the ball moving. The Broncos ranked ninth in red-zone passing (58%) compared to Miami's 22nd (50.7%), which alone could help Waddle bounce back and potentially score double-digit touchdowns for the first time in his career.
