He has NFL-caliber arm talent and terrific ball placement; a student of the game who is cool under fire. His functional mobility probably won't translate to much rushing value at the NFL level, though he could score a few rushing touchdowns annually. Comparable to Matt Ryan based on tools and style. May not see much fantasy impact in Year 1 given Raiders' lack of pass-catching firepower beyond TE Brock Bowers, but a fantasy-relevant rookie season cannot be ruled out.
