Willis is easily the best value answer at QB, with an elite EPA per dropback ranking (first over the past two seasons, albeit on a small sample size). Since 1999, guys who top 500 rushing yards in a season have finished as top-12 fantasy quarterbacks 80% of the time, and half the time they finish in the top five. Willis might have the worst group of pass-catchers in the league and the Dolphins will be trailing most weeks, which means he's going to use his legs often and has a legit chance to lead the position in rushing. He's a strong target for a backup in single-QB formats or a QB2 in Superflex leagues.
