Greg Dulcich, ranked TE36 in ECR, is one of the best late-round tight end values. He enters a Miami offense with zero well-established WRs or TEs, giving him a strong opportunity to greatly outperform his ranking. While the overall offense is not strong and Malik Willis is not a premier passer, the targets have to go somewhere, and Dulcich has been a favorite target of Willis during early team workouts. He ranked second among all TEs in yards per route run (2.4) last season, finished second in yards after the catch per reception, and posted a 21.2% explosive play rate on limited opportunities. Early offseason reports indicate he has become one of the team's most targeted pass catchers. At TE36, the risk is already baked in while the potential reward is significantly higher if he secures a consistent role, with a legitimate path to finishing as a top-12 fantasy tight end.
