From the article

Elijah Higgins (6'-3", 245 pounds) is really a good play on his own. He could very well be paired with McBride with Reiman the third guy. But Higgins will need more than the 37 targets he received last year... He is not huge like Reiman, but he has a large catch radius and can be a mismatch with a safety... he knows how to get to the high point of the throw and has decent YAC numbers... Higgins paired with McBride will provide an explosiveness that can stretch the defense down the seam. He is just waiting to be unleashed.

Higgins poised to break out with 37+ targets in new short-passing offense.

Higgins (6'-3", 245 pounds) is positioned as a potential breakout candidate in the new Cardinals offense. The source notes he is a good play on his own and could be paired with McBride as the primary receiving tight end, with Reiman as the third option. The source projects he needs more than the 37 targets he received last year and emphasizes his good hands, large catch radius, ability to get to the high point of the throw, and decent YAC numbers. Despite lacking top-end speed and separation ability, the source expects him to surprise in this offense and provide explosiveness down the seam when paired with McBride.
