However, staying on the field has been a challenge due to various injuries and one league suspension. Rice's off-field baggage and recovery from knee surgery should be factored into his draft price. The Kansas City offense has not been high-powered for a couple of years. Those driven by upside will consider Rice in the second or third round, but his shaky floor makes commitment risky.
