Hampton poised for breakout under McDaniel's system with improved line and proven RB development.

Running back Omarion Hampton, a 2025 first-round pick from North Carolina, got off to a strong start with a 128-yard rushing performance against the Giants in Week 4 before suffering a fractured ankle that sidelined him for two months. In his sophomore season, he should benefit from a far better offensive line and an offensive coordinator in Mike McDaniel with a history of coaching running backs to breakout seasons; De'Von Achane ran for 1,350 yards and caught 67 passes under McDaniel in Miami last season. If Hampton can approach those numbers, he'll be a popular fantasy pickup.
