Running back Omarion Hampton, the 2025 first-round pick from North Carolina, had an incomplete rookie season after a strong start (128-yard rushing performance at the Giants in Week 4) before sustaining a fractured ankle that sidelined him for two months. In his sophomore season, he should be running behind a far better offensive line and playing for offensive coordinator Mike McDaniel, who has a history of coaching running backs to breakout seasons. De'Von Achane ran for 1,350 yards and caught 67 passes under McDaniel in Miami last season, suggesting Hampton could be a popular fantasy pickup if he approaches that production level.
