Wide receiver Rashee Rice underwent knee debridement surgery during the offseason and will be cleared to participate without limitations in training camp. Reid stated: 'Rashee Rice with his knee debridement is doing great. He will go. We'll keep an eye on him, but he's cleared to go.' Rice was absent from the team earlier in the offseason due to a short incarceration and the cleanup surgery on his previously injured knee.
