After appearing to be on his way out of New England during the offseason—particularly when he skipped voluntary OTAs—Kayshon Boutte has looked like the best receiver on the field in early training camp. Tom Curran said 'He's got a home here,' and Phil Perry noted that Boutte has been at the top of the list of offensive standouts thus far. While Curran acknowledged uncertainty about whether the home is long-term, he praised Boutte's ability to execute: 'if the job is to get open and catch the ball, he doesn't get wide open but he catches the friggin' ball.'
