Willis at QB21 ADP offers cheap upside; rushing threat trumps passing concerns.

Willis is ranked QB20 in Zach Charbonnet. That's rankings due to conservative concerns about Miami's supporting cast on a rebuilding team. However, at QB21 ADP in Round 10, he's a cheap bet with real upside. Quarterbacks who threaten 100 rushing attempts don't need to be elite passers to become elite fantasy options; Willis' legs matter more than his ADP suggests.
