WR36 ranking vs. WR48 ADP; Pittman trade opens expanded role.

Josh Downs is currently WR48 in ADP but ranked WR36 by Rashawn Slater; twelve spots of upside. Michael Pittman Jr.'s trade to the Steelers opens a condensed target share for Downs. Slater notes that when Pittman hasn't played (small sample), Downs 'kind of blows up and has a really good game' relative to his performance when Pittman is on the field. Pittman's absence will allow Downs to play more outside sets and in splits where he previously had limited opportunity.
