From the video

Love Chase Brown, have him for the last couple years. He was one of these guys on this list last year. Started off slow, but then was as good as any fantasy running back over the second half of the year when Joe Burrow came back and was healthy... he'll get another 65 to 70 targets. He'll catch a bunch of passes. He'll get the majority of rushing workload. And all they have behind him is like a 31-year-old Samaje Perine.
STACKED’s take
Positive signalValue
Second-round no-brainer with 65-70 targets and elite TD upside.
Chase Brown is a second-round no-brainer pick; he was excellent in the second half of last year when Joe Burrow returned healthy, faces zero backfield competition (only 31-year-old Samaje Perine behind him), projects for 65–70 targets with majority rushing workload, is the third target in a high-scoring Bengals offense (27–29 PPG), and could realistically score 12 rushing touchdowns.
