Legendary Upside on Chris Rodriguez

Limited receiving history makes him depth filler, not lead-back threat

Chris Rodriguez was irrelevant to fantasy football last year despite being on the roster, but became the starter in Jacksonville after being signed. However, his career receiving history (never more than one reception in a game in his entire career) severely limits his receiving upside. He is a competent zone runner but nothing special, and poses a threat to Bashaul Tuit only if Tuit underperforms. The source drafted him heavily last year as an eliminator pick and views him as a decent eliminator pick now with a probable early role, but not a fantasy smash at pick 60. Most likely he comes in to help fill in touches in a crowded backfield rather than lead the offense.
