Jalen Tolbert in Miami, a lot of positive buzz about him during OTAs... He is going as wide receiver 99 with pick 302 overall. Does he merit more?... I don't think he merits more... I think he's overrated otherwise.

Tolbert generated positive buzz during Dolphins OTAs and appears to be one of the receivers Malik Willis is dialed in on, along with Greg Dulcich. However, Matt Waldman does not think Tolbert merits a higher ADP than his current wide receiver 99 ranking (pick 302 overall). While Tolbert is worth a flyer in the last round of a draft, Waldman believes he is overrated otherwise, despite some positive reception from his Dallas days.
