Lemon, a versatile player, took 18 defensive snaps (per Pro Football Focus) in his rookie season in 2026, having played both receiver and cornerback in high school. Calen Bullock, who overlapped with Lemon at USC, recalled that Lemon was called to play defense when the Trojans had cornerback injuries, but eventually made his way back to the offensive side of the ball.
