Turpin as gadget fourth option may satisfy WR depth; limits fifth receiver need.

KaVontae Turpin is positioned as a gadget fourth receiver option in the Cowboys' depth chart. The source suggests that adding Turpin as a fourth option alongside the elite trio of CeeDee Lamb, George Pickens, and Ryan Flournoy may be sufficient for the team's receiving corps, potentially allowing Dallas to avoid carrying a fifth receiver and instead allocate roster spots to defensive line or linebacker depth.
