Arroyo's two TD catches in practice show improved route-running and passing-game upside.

The second-year tight end caught two touchdown passes during Saturday's practice, showcasing enticing traits that could help elevate the Seahawks passing game after an injury-riddled 2025 season that included a knee injury stint on IR. Arroyo faked a move outside right then cut sharply left to turn around safety Rodney Thomas for one touchdown, and caught a second touchdown in the back of the end zone on a deep tight-end route from Darnold, past starting safety Ty Okada, demonstrating improved route-running and ability to create separation against starting secondary defenders.
