Rookie wide receiver Cyrus Allen capitalized on Rashee Rice's mid-practice departure to earn significant work with the starting offense on Day 1 of training camp. Allen got reps in the red zone with the starting offense, then maintained momentum as a constant option for Mahomes in seven-on-seven and full-team periods. Coach Reid stated: "Cyrus had a good day today. I think Pat's got some trust there."
