Levis underwent shoulder surgery on his throwing shoulder to address an issue he dealt with as the Titans' starter in 2024. He missed the entire 2025 season due to lingering pain and prioritized long-term health recovery. As of training camp in August 2026, Levis reports he is "throwing it how I want to throw it again" and feels he's returned to full physical strength.
