From the article

Receiving tight end Terrance Ferguson is split out wide, and Davis Allen is the H-back, with Davante Adams on the opposite side. The defense loads up to stop the run, but Sean McVay calls a passing play out of the look. Allen goes into inside motion and when the ball is snapped, he runs a vertical sail route.

Allen's H-back sail route in Rams 13 personnel serves as scheme reference.

Allen is referenced in a Rams 13 personnel example where he operates as the H-back and runs a vertical sail route after going into inside motion. The play demonstrates how 13 personnel can create passing opportunities against run-heavy defensive looks.
