The top defensive play of camp so far was Travis Hunter's interception and it is not particularly close. On a Nick Mullens throw intended for tight end Quintin Morris, Travis Hunter diagnosed the route, closed at full speed, and came away with an interception. Later in practice, Trevor Lawrence found him on a 40-yard deep ball that showcased his elite ball skills. Hunter went up and climbed the ladder over cornerback Preston Hodge, his former Colorado teammate, to bring the ball in with impressive concentration.
