Sixth-round Brown emerging as Saints WR with strong camp, roster lock after Polk retirement.

Sixth-round Saints WR has stacked strong training camp days with multiple plays and is emerging as a favorite target among quarterbacks despite being announced as a return specialist at draft. At 5-foot-11, Brown possesses game-breaking speed and contested-catch ability better than expected; he won't match Devaughn Vele's red zone production but shows willingness and wide catch radius. His versatility as kick returner already elevated roster chances, and the surprise retirement of Ja'Lynn Polk removes one competitor, positioning Brown as a roster lock for 2026-27 season.
