Knows the system well and can be plugged in immediately; will likely be used more than most people expect. Does not overlap with Mike Evans on the field and does not eat into his target share; the two are completely different players. The source is intrigued by Debo Samuel as a bounceback candidate at a cheaper price in a system he knows well.
