Minor back tweak from conditioning test; source wants to see him in pads before relaxing.

Has missed several straight practices due to a minor back tweak from his conditioning test. When asked whether he needs a new deal before returning, Gibbs shot the idea down with "nah, it's not about that." The source downplays the severity but notes that a nagging back on your first overall pick is worth watching and wants to see him practicing in pads before fully relaxing. If he is still on the sideline a week from now, the situation warrants further discussion.
