Fant carted off with left knee injury; MRI pending to assess severity.

Fant was carted off from Monday's practice after an apparent left knee injury sustained from a knee-to-knee hit after being blocked backward into running back Israel Abanikanda during the Cowboys' first padded practice of training camp. He was unable to put weight on his left leg, requiring a cart to leave the field. He was scheduled for an MRI to determine the extent of the injury.
