Coach Dan Campbell gave unprompted praise on Tuesday morning, noting 'Small is doing some things, and he's doing some things on special teams too. Low to the ground, center of gravity, he's stout, he's strong. He's got lateral quicks.' While he has a hard time cracking the top four, there could still be a path for him to stick around.
