Blackshear went undrafted in 2022, but has spent some time with the Bills, Panthers (2022-24), Titans, Steelers, and Jets since then. From 2022-24, he played 41 games for the Panthers, starting two. Over that time he carried the ball 52 times for 203 yards and three touchdowns, while adding another 16 catches for 138 yards. The majority of his playing time, however, came on special teams, where he accounted for 405 snaps over those three seasons.
