Marks anchors Texans backfield in heavy formation-heavy offense alongside Montgomery.

Woody Marks is paired with newly acquired David Montgomery in the Texans backfield as part of Houston's commitment to heavy formation trends expected to sweep the NFL in 2026; the Texans built their offense around tight ends Schultz and Foster Moreau, receivers like Nico Collins and Jayden Higgins, and a retooled offensive line to support this condensed formation identity.
