Mitchell praises Frank Reich's coaching philosophy and freedom on routes.

Mitchell said he "loves everything about" new offensive coordinator Frank Reich, especially that Reich lets him have freedom on routes. Michael Pittman Jr., a former Colts teammate who played under Reich from 2018-22, told Mitchell "You're gonna like him," praising Reich as "a great coach, knows what he's doing and has a great plan." Running back Breece Hall echoed similar sentiments, noting Reich "lets players play off reactions, make the plays their own, make the offense their own."
